KICKBOXING

Join us for Kickboxing and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. This is a beginner level class. The perfect class to challenge every muscle in your body and to let out a little frustration.
BOOTCAMP
Find Your Core
Bootcamp is set up in a circuit style workout. Each exercise is 60 sec each rotating throughout stations following the tabata timer.

Our staff are all professionals with years of fitness experience. Braley Freire is the owner and head trainer at the studio. She has her Bachelors in Exercise Sports Science. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, and has several class certifications. CPR/AED Certified. Pre/ postnatal certified. Certified in Sports nutrition and in myofascial release. Her passion has always been fitness and nutrition and sports training. She played Div 1 soccer and following that played semi- pro locally for the Rhode Island Rogues.We are committed to ensuring safe and effective workouts.
